Q:     What is LDV condition?
    There is no minimum order limit, but we only required few things in order to able to run productions.
    Minimum quanity per item is 30 pcs, mix colors and sizes
    Lead time is 6-8 weeks after the confirmation
    30% deposit is required in order to confirm the order
    Payment by T/T , 30% for order confirmation and the rest 70% before the shipment date

Q:     What kind of crystal stone LDV use?
    In order to achieve the best color combination and price competitiveness, we use Oktant stone (Austrian crystal) and Swarovski stone (for their special colors). However, other stones for example, Optima, Asfour, or all Swarovski can be requested (for mass products).

Q:    Is it possible to use “SWAROVSKI” name as advertisement or marketing purpose?
    Using “SWAROVSKI” name is illegal. It is owned by Swarovski AG (in Austria). Even the products is made all Swarovski crystal stone, it is not allowed.
If the Swarovski stone indication is needed, we would like you to contact your local Swarovski office to apply for “Crystallize” which shows that your product is made of Swarovski components. We will be glad to corporate by issuing the letter of our actual stone in your products.

Q:     What kind of metal and finishing of our products?
    Silver 925 (nickel free) with Rhodium-plated

Q:    Is it possible to order each item in different finishing, plating or based metal?
    Yes, you can order each item in different finishing such as matt (sand brush, sand-paper), Hammer finishing,…
And also different plating such as gold-plated, pink gold plated, silver-plated, E-coating, non-plating (high poslish)…
    Different metal is not available. However bulk order in gold material can be discussed.

Q:    What is LDV minimum order?
    Minimum order for each item is 30 pcs, which can be including of 2-3 colors, ring size
However, the less quantity can be discussed. We tried to understand and corporate well with the customer, and at the same time we need to minimize the factory loss during the production. If the quantity is less than the minimum, the production cost is higher. So the price will be necessarily increased.

Q:    What is the process of the order?
    After we receive your order, we will send you the order confirmation which required your signature approval. This process is very important which you need to check the quantity, colors and special

Q:    What is the discount LDV can offer?
    We have the level discount to offer as followed:
        USD 5,000 order:    discount 5%
        USD 10,000 order:    discount 10%
    The large quantity per one item can be discounted. We can offer more discount to the more quantity of one item than big amount of more different items.

 Q:    Does LDV accept the custom design?
    Yes, the customer design is welcome.   
LDV have the product development team to help you create your own design. If you have only idea, our designer team will make the drawing and send for your approval.
The charge of master mould is needed. The mould change can be varied from USD 30.00 – 80.00. If the first order is 200 pcs, the mould charge will be exempted.
The design approval of the drawing before making master mould is important. If the sample is made and customer want to changed, the extra cost might be needed depending on how master mould modification is possible.
The exclusive design of the custom design can be requested.

Q:    How long is the order delivery lead time?
    6-10 weeks
    The urgent production (min 2-3 weeks) can be requested and it can be discussed.

Q:    Is it possible to purchase sample?
    Sample purchase is only allowed when the total order is confirmed. Sample delivery can be done within 3 weeks after the date of order confirmation.

Q:     Is ready stock available?     
    LDV doesn’t have the shop showroom, we mainly produce by order. So we don’t carry stock.
    However, we carry the empty case (means the finished jewelry without stone setting) pieces and they are available to buy. If you wan to purchase our stock, please check with our sales staff to give you the update list. After that we will set any stone color you required. The whole process will be ready within 10 days. There is no minimum order per item.

Q:    How can I order the stone color combination?
    LDV already have the stone color chart which is including of the standard combination ready for you. Pls check at our web-site, so you don’t need to be headache trying to imagine how to mix the colors. For example, if you want to have the ring 001 with our SAPPHIRE combination, we will set stone with the combination of Sapphire+Light Sapphire+Crystal color for your selected item.
    But if you prefer to have this ring in one single color, you might need to indicate the colors as “SA” (means SAPPHIRE). Please check also out single stone chart.

Q:    Can we change the stone type to set? And the price will be changed?
    It is all possible to change but due to the variety of stone stock, we need to concern to change stone only for the bulk order.

Q:    We have our own finished items and would like LDV only to set the stone, is it possible?    
    We are currently working with the local company by giving the stone setting service. Please contact our sale staff to get the offer rate (which we offer price by stone piece).

Q:    We don’t want the shipment now. Is it possible we order now and get the shipment few months later?
    The later delivery date can be discussed. However the later delivery date should be informed before we start the production.
    If the production is already completed, we will be able to hold the goods maximum 4 weeks. The local interest rate might need to applied for the late payment.

Q:    Sometime we find the problem of the fallen stone, what should we do?
    The crystal is basically glue on cement based glue. So there is the chance that stone fallen out due to the delivery. The super glue or Aladite (2 liquid components glue) are perfect for repair work.
    The toothpick is the convenient tools which help you to easily small amount of glue on the surface and put the stone in again.

Q:    How to do with Damage items which caused by LDV?
    If the damage which caused by LVD, such as many stone fallen out in one piece, bad finishing,…..we will be glad to repair them ourselves. We will accept the claim within 15 days after the customer received the shipment.

Q:    Can LDV do special packing for us?
    Yes, please let us know just before the order confirmed. So we can plan to pack your goods properly.

Q:    Can you put customer logo?
    Yes, you send the logo stamping tools to us. If you want us to make the new one, the small one time extra charge will be required.

Q:     Can we have the quality guarantee from LDV?
    We can provide the guarantee of the quality by customer request. In the past, the customer required that our jewelry is no nickel based metal, with Rhodium plated. Our stone is from Austria for example.
